Game-ending glitch + substandard Apple and game support

FRAUDULENT WASTES OF LIFE AT APPLE AND FRICTIONAL GAMES. This game ended for me when a crucial piece of it was missing and it wouldn’t allow me to continue the story. Since Frictional (Fraudulent) Games customer service page is closed for this, I called Apple to get a refund for this bogus purchase, but they didn’t do anything for me because it’s been a year since the purchase was made. How cheap! It’s a digital game. It’s not like I scratched a disc! I’m done doing business with Apple after being a loyalist for many years. They’ve lost me. As for Fraudulent Games…I hope you peasants enjoyed whatever you got from the $19.99 I paid since you’ll never get another cent out of me.
